Tophane Residence is a protected building in which the architectural elements are carefully highlighted throughout the design. With three flats on each floor, the project provides an infrastructure that caters to all user groups, accommodating both short-term and long-term stays.

For the façade lighting, the narrow streets surrounding the building—used by both pedestrians and vehicles—were taken into consideration. As a result, a lighting concept was developed that emphasises the undersides of the balconies and accentuates the architectural details of the façade.
