Developed around human-centred lighting principles, the lighting design for GSK Head Office supports the visual comfort and well-being of employees throughout the working day. As natural light has limited reach within the deep open-plan layout, a dynamic artificial lighting system was introduced to bring changing qualities of daylight into the interior. Following employee feedback, the proposed peak colour temperature was adjusted from 6500 K to 5000 K, creating a more comfortable and responsive working environment.
